Duke University’s Master of Engineering in Financial Technology (FinTech) program is known for producing graduates who go on to become leaders in financial innovation. Among the current students preparing to follow that path is Luca Antonacci, a student in the inaugural cohort of Duke FinTech’s accelerated program.
The Duke FinTech program have always supported students to create their own ventures and become entrepreneurs. One of those ventures is PocketPal, an AI-powered academic planning and study-group matching platform. Co-founders Angela Liang (Duke FinTech class of 2025) and Agnes Yan (Duke FinTech class of 2025) share their journey of creating PocketPal and their ideas for the future of the platform.
