Bio

​Tom Ribble has over 20 years of experience as a marketing and product development leader in the IT and Fintech fields.  Most recently, Tom was at AvidXchange as Director of Product Marketing Operations leading a team of product marketers focused on sales enablement, GTM launch planning, competitive analysis, and pricing and packaging strategies for Avid’s suite of accounting software offerings. 

Prior to AvidXchange, Tom was at Dell Technologies and led a team of field marketing managers supporting the NA Server and Networking business that drove sales programs to increase revenue growth and market share. 

Before Dell, Tom worked at Lenovo for 16 years, ten of which were in Director roles in product management and sales enablement roles supporting the ThinkServer product line and the ThinkPad product line. 

Tom graduated from Duke University with a Masters of Engineering Management in 2001 and also holds a Master’s of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Delaware.  Prior to his degree at Duke, Tom was a product engineer for Ford Motor Company from 1996 to 2000. 

Tom is currently serving the MEM program as a faculty member, strategic advisor, and is the Chairperson of Duke’s Master of Engineering Management IAB (Industry Advisory Board).
