Scott Moore

Scott has over 20 years of experience in university recruiting spanning a wide variety of industries. Currently he is the global head of university recruiting for Marvell Technology, a semiconductor company focusing on AI infrastructure. He leads a team of recruiters spanning 13 countries that hires intern and new graduates predominantly in computer and electrical engineering spanning bachelor, master and PhD degrees.

Prior to joining Marvell, Scott was also the head of university recruiting at Zillow and GAP. Scott first started his career in university recruiting at KPMG and also spent a number of years at the American Institute of CPA's. Prior to transitioning his career to university recruiting Scott spent a number of years in financial services with large banks such as HSBC and MBNA.

Scott has an MBA from North Carolina State University with a double concentration in technology entrepreneurship and commercialization as well as supply chain management. He also has an undergraduate degree from Baldwin Wallace University, a small private liberal arts school in Ohio.
