In July 2025, Charelle Lewis joined Cardinal Health as Vice President and Chief Technology Officer for Biopharma & Distribution Solutions. In this pivotal role, she partners closely with leaders across Specialty Solutions and Distribution Solutions to drive business transformation and growth in key specialty pharmaceutical areas.
With over two decades of experience, Charelle is recognized for her ability to scale technical solutions and mature global IT organizations. Her expertise spans digital and data transformation, change management, program management, enterprise solutions, strategic sourcing, and innovation initiatives.
Prior to joining Cardinal Health, Charelle served as IT Vice President for Genomics & Diagnostics at LGC, where she led a comprehensive IT transformation and managed digital product development and data consolidation. Her earlier roles at GSK and ViiV Healthcare were marked by her success in accelerating technology adoption, building high-performing teams, and delivering data-driven engagement strategies.
Charelle holds both a Master of Science in Engineering Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science from Duke University.
She resides in Durham, North Carolina with her husband, Shawn, and their two children, Alexander and Sanai. Outside of work, Charelle enjoys home improvement projects, riding her Peloton while listening to podcasts, and cheering on Duke basketball.
