Bio

Ana is a Senior Leader in Deloitte’s Human Capital practice with 15 years of experience leading organizational transformation for consumer clients. Ana partners with Fortune 500 consumer clients to design and execute global change management, culture transformation, and leadership alignment initiatives, helping organizations navigate digital transformation with a people-first lens. Ana currently serves as the Human Capital Well-being Leader, where she shapes the strategy and execution of well-being programs across Deloitte and pilots innovative approaches that extend to clients and the broader marketplace.

Ana is also the founder of The Well-Being Leader, a growing thought leadership and coaching platform at the intersection of well-being, leadership, and AI. Through her coaching practice, retreats, and newsletter, she equips executives and teams to design sustainable strategies for individual and organizational thriving.

Ana brings a distinctive background that integrates engineering, business, and the arts: Ana earned her B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Duke’s Pratt School of Engineering (with a minor in Dance), her MBA from Columbia Business School, and danced professionally for the New York Knicks for five seasons. This fusion of technical rigor, business strategy, and creative performance informs her visionary yet pragmatic approach to leadership.

Based in New York City, Ana is passionate about creating experiences that inspire growth and connection. She also serves as the Vice Chair of Duke’s Master of Engineering Management Industrial Advisory Board, where she helps shape the program’s strategy and impact for the next generation of engineering leaders.
