Bio
Sukhmani Lamba is an accomplished AI Product Lead at Microsoft with over a decade of experience building and scaling enterprise software products. She has a proven track record of driving zero-to-one product innovations that are used daily by hundreds of millions of people globally to be more productive in life and work.
Most recently, Sukhmani has been leading key areas of the AI Agent Platform strategy in Microsoft Teams. In this role, she drives product vision cross-functionally for advanced agentic capabilities and human-agent interaction patterns in Teams.
Her prior experience spans both large technology companies and startups, including Wayfair, and Pendo, where she led enterprise SaaS products in communication software, analytics, and e-commerce. Prior to Duke, she was a Consultant at Deloitte driving digital transformation for S500 technology clients.
Sukhmani is a named inventor on patents for conversational AI and speaks frequently on product strategy and artificial intelligence, most notably delivering keynotes at Microsoft Build, Ignite, and AI Summit conferences, sharing the stage with Microsoft’s executives and reaching audiences of hundreds of thousands of technology professionals worldwide. She mentors actively on ADPList and writes on AI for a Middle-East based national newspaper. She advises startups, and actively contributes to the product management community, supporting organizations like Products by Women and Women in Product.
